Hi! We're a band called Death Team. We're gonna talk about ourselves but also about what we think is important when it comes to producing music, artist branding, artist strategy and creating your own sucess in the music business.
Coming from a 10 year career at EMI and Parlophone in both the UK and Sweden, most recently as Senior Director Of Business Development and Innovation at Warner Music Group, Sonkamble and his team were responsible for world first streaming intergrated artist apps, award nominated digital sites, music hack events and worldwide digital campaigns for the likes of Roxette.
In April 2015, Sonkamble left WMG to found his own management company - Deerlily Music AB.
Our passion is helping music creators unleash their music to the world by putting it on music services like Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music and others.
We also work around the clock to create career bosting opportunities for up and coming artists –such as helping them land record deals with major labels.
